Women's leggings for training and the rest of the day
Our women's leggings are made with at least 60% recycled nylon blended with elastane, in a close fit with plenty of give, and nearly every style comes in XXS to XXXL. They are cut for a run, a class or a long walk, and easy to keep on afterwards.
What are the benefits of wearing leggings?
Leggings give full coverage without bulk, so they go under a long shirt, a sweater or a dress as easily as on their own. In a stretch fabric, one pair of leggings covers the workout and the errands after it. If you plan to wear something over them, our dresses include loose layers that sit well over a close-fitting bottom.
What are our leggings made of?
Every pair on this page is made with at least 60% recycled nylon, blended with elastane, so the fabric stretches with you and springs back. There are none in this collection, which is training leggings only, and our women's sweatpants are the softer, looser alternative. Every product page lists the exact fabric composition.
What to wear with your leggings
There is one kind of legging here, so choose by what goes with it. For a workout set, our bralettes and wireless bras sit well under a top, and our women's underwear completes the base layer under leggings. If you would like something shorter for warm days, our women's shorts are the summer option.
How to choose the right size of leggings
A well-fitting pair of leggings hugs the leg without digging in, and the fabric should stretch with you without going sheer. If you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed feel or down for a closer fit, and our materials guide and FAQ has more fit tips.
Caring for your leggings
Machine wash your leggings cold, skip the fabric softener and the tumble dryer, and hang to dry. Heat and softener wear down the elastane over time, and cold water keeps the stretch.
