• Applying with the platform you are not active on/not going to post on (please, always make sure to link the platform you are planning to post on when applying for collaboration so we can track your content and keep collaborating in the future)
• Incorrect shipping address or phone number

• Creator is already part of an active collaboration/has been part of a campaign with us within the past 2-3 months (counting from the date of the first content piece going live within a collaboration).

Please, make sure to keep an eye on your tracking to make sure the parcel reaches you. You can find in your order confirmation email from Organic Basics. Make sure to track the order on your local carrier’s website by copying the tracking code from the order confirmation email and pasting it onto your local carrier’s tracking page.
