Quality Hoodie

"The quality of the sweatshirt was very nice, the fabric was thick and soft on the inside and I would have kept it if it had been in a women's size. Please make a navy blue zip up hoodie in women's! The website is always easy to use and the sizing is accurate."

"I’m 6’ 135lbs woman. I wanted an oversized look. I bought size XL. It’s really comfortable and warm. Sleeves are long, overall nice fit."

Great hoodie, fits me perfect

"Great hoodie, fits me perfect and the color is one of the nicest shades of grey I could find. To make it even more perfect, drawstrings for the hood would be nice but I can't complain."

Absolute essential: BIG! Roomy hood, no polyester, metal zip

"I use this type of hoodie a lot for work, I’m ashamed to say I’ve always bought Carhartt because there are few hoodies I can find that get the hood right (and thats kind of the point of the garment!) I think a “3 section hood” is important where the seam is at the two corners of your head (assuming you have a square head) and not in the middle/one seam. Often I find hoods are very tight to your face and create a pressure on your head and neck, so you end up holding your self like a mad scientists assistant, shoulders by your ears. Worse still some have a high neck at the front, great for keeping out the cold but you look a total nerd and the only way to fix is to unzip the neck. OB hoodies seem to have this all right, if anything they have more generous hood than carhartt, plus not made in Cambodia with virgin polyester. They look a bit funny coming out of the package but after a wash they sit right, like a snood, very round at the neck, plenty of space at the sides of your head, no pressure! Comfortable to have up round the round and when you’re out it looks good. I prefer to hats as it keeps the back of your neck from window drafts and it doesn’t itch or feel tight. I have the over the head type hoodie already, I was really surprised how much bigger this style is, thought it would be identical but with a zip, I often wear over a fleece jacket at home, makes me look like an inflatable but it is comfy and warm, the medium with no zip won’t go over other items comfortably, so I got the large. . massive!! Hood I disappeared into, arms and cuffs very long and baggy, changed for the medium. . feels almost the same! I might try the small but feel a bit guilty about all the returns. It’s a very useful item to have as you can adjust your temperature fast by opening the zip or take it off, change layers easily, somehow going over the head all the time is a bit tedious! The unzipped hoodie is kind of “on for the day”, this is like a budget option for a jacket. It is quite pricey, I’d definitely pay the extra over the unzipped now this styles available. I will say other ethical companies you can pay this price for an unzipped hoodie, a cotton lining on the hood interior is a nice extra touch here , to me this is one if those absolute wardrobe essentials, one you’d put in your rucksack if the world was ending. The weight I find on all OB sweats is very generous, no need for the polyester so many brands use which makes them pill awfully over time. I’ve not really seen any shrinkage other styles of sweat I find ideal length but taller guys (Im 5’9) could find short. The zip is metal which is great not least as you stand a chance of being able to dye it say black when it looks tired and you don’t have an all blue zip laughing at you, webbing around the zip may stay blue when dyed as I’m sure the stitching will…could be synthetic. . but I think you’ll get away with it."

Soft and Cozy

"The fabric is thick and cozy. I like the length and the color. I’m 5’8” and the medium is just right (I like hoodies to be loose and long)."
